e29227db4e bring back "filter rooms" field 
this does the filtering in RoomList instead of RoomSubList, so
we can hide sections that don't have any results.

The filtering does happen with every rerender of RoomList,
but only does something while searching, so the performance
implications are probably negligible.

0c7aadb92b Improve room list sort performance by caching common variables 
This won't help much if the user is in a ton of highly active rooms, but for the most part this will help those in thousands of rooms, many of which are likely to be quiet.

ff383b4aa0 remove right panel from loggedinview 
this breaks user view for now but this is not available
through any UI as it is, and we don't know yet what this will
look like in the new design, even if it will be a feature at all.
