With this pr all href use matrix matrix.to links. As a consequence right-click copy link will always return get you a sharable matrix.to link.
Turns out a lot of the typescript warnings about improper warnings were correct. TypeScript appears to be pulling in two copies of the js-sdk when we do this, which can lead to type conflicts (or worse: the wrong code entirely). We fix this at the webpack level by explicitly importing from `src`, but some alternative build structures have broken tests because of this - jest ends up pulling in the "wrong" js-sdk, breaking things.
This is useful mainly for the tests they would otherwise fail as there is no room name to display while the tests are run.

This is a relatively obvious dispatch action that doesn't require a lot of complicated type definitions, so should be a good candidate to prove the thing works. If for some reason the thing stops working, we've done something wrong.
This also adds a bit of generic types to the dispatch call so we don't confuse the tsx parser by using `dis.dispatch(<ViewUserPayload>{...})` as it thinks that's supposed to be a component. We still get type safety, and the thing remains happy with the generics approach.
This fixes a common React warning we see. Most of these components should be using constructors instead, however componentDidMount is just as good (and doesn't require converting most of these).
Conversion to classes will be done in a later stage of React warning fixes.

These don't provide any additional information, but add extraneous noise. The link text and title already provide all information. Therefore, mark the avatar inside pills (the mention links inside messages) as hidden. Note that due to the images being part of something focusable, role "presentation" does not work here.
