Also add a type of OOBData... possibly this should be in the js-sdk,
but threepid invites themselves have a type in react-sdk so it can
live alongside it I guess (also I'm not entirely sure we actually
use it anymore...)
This is to make some room in the composer for voice messages. The hangup behaviour is intentionally lost by this change as the VOIP UX is intended to rely on dedicated hangup buttons instead.
Room header use DecoratedRoomAvatar instead of manual e2eIcon overlay
move e2eIcon next to it instead of private padlock

These TODO comments are expected to be fixed ASAP, but until that happens let's minimize the errors in the console for development.

These all aren't using componentDidMount because they do something which causes application instability if componentDidMount were used. Much of these calls are expected to move into constructors once they are converted to real classes.
Do this by aria-owning the sidebar into the header wrapper. aria-owned subtrees get added as the last child after all other child elements that are in the DOM. This way, if a sidebar tab is activated, the aside element now is inserted in a position following the tabs, before the main messages list. The association for screen readers is therefore more logical. This has no bearing on the DOM order or CSS properties. aria-owns simply rearranges the accessibility tree.

We use `export default` begrudgingly here. Ideally we'd use just `export`, though this entire SDK expects things to be exported as a default. Instead of breaking everything, we'll sacrifice our export pattern for a smaller diff - a later commit can always do the default export -> regular export conversion.
This lays a foundation for redirecting all the traffic through the new store, but for now the core parts of the app need to stop caring if the right panel is open.
The unknown devices dialog is confusing at the moment due to the complex trust
model in Riot involving various possible device states.
The room header padlock allows you to access this dialog even if there are no
unknown devices, which leads users to be unsure what they can believe and
reduces confidence in Riot. For now, we'll remove the room header click handler
that shows this dialog.
