[rcore] reveiwed GetWorldToScreenEx (#3351)

* reveiwed GetWorldToScreenEx
Used the inputted "width" instead of global CORE.window.
Used Vector3Transform instead of quaternion.

* reverted accidental unrelated change

* reverted Vector3Transform back

* fixed mistyped result
