Adjust buffers usage

- Removed DrawQuad() function
- DrawBillboard() uses DrawBillboardRec()
- DrawPlane() uses RL_TRIANGLES
- DrawRectangleV() uses RL_TRIANGLES, that way, [shapes] module uses
only TRIANGLES buffers.
